1. Image rights are yours to hold

You are solely responsible for having the rights to every image you upload. We do not verify ownership, licensing, or permission, and we cannot. By submitting photos you confirm you hold the necessary rights and you accept full responsibility for their use. We are not liable for any claim arising from images uploaded without the copyright holder's permission, and you agree to indemnify us against any such claim.

In most residential transactions the photographer — not the agent and not the brokerage — owns the copyright in listing photos. A typical listing licence permits marketing that specific listing and often says nothing about creating derivative works. A video generated from a photograph is a derivative work. If you did not take the photographs yourself, read your photographer agreement before uploading them.

We do not review, verify, or police the images you upload. We have no way to know who owns them. Every upload carries your confirmation that you hold the rights, and that confirmation is recorded with a timestamp.

2. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the platform, its owners, and its staff against any claim, demand, loss, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from images you uploaded without the rights to use them, or from your use of the videos we produce for you.

3. What you receive

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the finished video to market the property it depicts, including on MLS, social media, your website, and paid advertising. The licensed music and sound beds are cleared for that use as part of the finished video; they are not licensed separately and may not be extracted.

Videos are generated from your photographs by an AI model that adds camera movement. The model is instructed not to add, remove, or alter anything in the space. Review your video before you publish it: you are responsible for confirming it represents the property accurately, and advertising rules in your jurisdiction and MLS may require disclosure that a video was AI-generated.

4. Payment and refunds

Nothing is charged when you submit a project. We produce your video and deliver a stamped review copy to your workspace. You are charged only if you choose to buy it, and that charge removes the stamp and unlocks the clean master. If we are unable to produce your video, no charge is ever made — there is nothing to refund.

Each project includes one round of revisions after the first delivered cut. That round covers re-generating the camera movement on up to 3 of the supplied images, and removing any shots you do not want. A round means all changes requested in a single message; changes sent piecemeal after we have begun the re-cut may be treated as an additional round. Additional rounds are $35 each, payable before that round begins. Substituting different photographs, changing the length, or re-directing more than 3 images is a new project rather than a revision.

Because each video is produced to order specifically for you, purchases of delivered videos are final. You see the finished cut before you buy it, so there is no version of the video you have not already watched — and the samples show exactly what the work looks like before you order.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the video the claim concerns. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or lost listings.

6. Your content and how long we keep it

You keep ownership of your photographs. You grant us only the licence needed to process them into your video and to store them so you can re-download your work. We do not use your images to train models and we do not license them to anyone.

Purchased videos stay in your workspace indefinitely. Photos and previews for projects that are never purchased are deleted after 45 days.
