How much does a listing video cost?
A 30-second video is $295 and uses 5 to 15 photos. A 60-second video is $495 and uses 15 to 30 photos. One round of changes is included, and there is no subscription.
How fast will I get the video?
You get an email with your finished video within one business day.
Do I pay before I see it?
No. You watch the finished cut first, with a stamp across the frame. Everything else, the edit, the grade, the music, is exactly what you get. Paying removes the stamp.
Do I need professional photos?
Sharp, well-lit photos give the best result, and professional listing photos are ideal. Send the photos you would put on the listing, in the order you want them shown.
Is anything added to or changed in the property?
No. The video is camera movement over your own photos. Nothing is added to or removed from the property, so it shows the listing as it is.
Can I use it on MLS?
Yes. Use it on listing pages, MLS, your website, email, social media, ads and listing presentations.
Can you make a video from architectural renderings?
Yes. Renderings and pre-construction projects work well, and a 30-second video can be made from as few as 5 images.
What if I want changes?
One round of changes is included in the price. A round covers changing the camera movement on up to 3 images, or removing shots you don't want. Send everything in a single reply and we will re-cut it at no charge. Any further round after that is $35, so it is worth collecting all your notes before you send them.
Do you only work with agents in Orange County?
No. Digireels is run by DigiPulse Productions in Orange County, California, but everything happens online, so we make videos for agents and brokers anywhere.
Who owns the rights to the photos?
